Tihomir is the site manager of TTTech Auto's Banjaluka site, and the process manager of the TTTech Auto Group. As process manager, he is passionate about creating lean, standard-compliant development and management processes. With nearly two decades of experience in the IT industry, and expertise ranging from software development to product and people management, he possesses extensive knowledge of automotive industry standards and methodologies, including ISO 26262, ASPICE, Agile, and safety-related development.
